Cedar, WI and Cedar, IN WANT YOU!!

C and MC scows - Get ready

Cedar, WI is promising housing for a weekend sailing extravaganza. Bilge Pullers on Friday Night, sailing on the same venue on Sat and Sunday. Request housing early. Cedar is home to exceptional sailors - Jimmy Tews was on fire last year. Ed Eckert is a perennial champion. Ever wonder how a small lake develops such great talent? Come and experience Cedar and learn to sail the shifty, ever changing conditions. It makes the race a bit more mentally challenging - just what you need to prepare for Nationals in June. Cedar promises short racing with good practice in starting in congestion. It will tune up your boat handling.

 Bilge Pullers
Cedar, IN - What a PR campaign
Facebook has never looked so good! What fun it has been to follow the banter, old photos and roster. Youth sailors sail free here and eat free - doesn't get any better than this! Craig Parker and his Cedar Lake team promise a great event for Cedar's 50th year. Already 20 of you have signed up.

Delavan X Update

Click here to see the seven quilt squares already submitted. This will be a beauty. Beulah, Clear, Nagawicka, Delavan, Pine, Oshkosh (yes, that's the Waters in the background) and North have all submitted their square. The quilt will be raffled off for a one-year term. The quilt is to return to the next ILYA hosting lake for a perpetual raffle.

Now is a good time to register for hotels as the special room rates are only effective for another 5 weeks. Click here for both names and a rate comparison sheet: http://bit.ly/HotelsDLYC2012
