No racing Sunday - Colburn 4-peat; Krech 3-peat

Light - light - llight air with HUGE motorboats resulted in no racing so Saturday's winners were crowned in ILYA fashion on Sunday. ;.

Tim Krech three-peated with Derek Packard aboard. Great
consistent top ten finishes did the job on the C fleet.

Results here. George Kutschenreuter, Beulah, was the top junior. Mark Prange, Okauchee, was top Master.

It's four in a row for Colburn. What a gracious winner as he thanked runnerup Burdick for showing us all how to have fun and yet win races. The youth trophy went to Clear Lake's Drake Lundeen. Grandmaster Stefan Schmidt from Mendota hardly looked like a Grandmaster - can it be? He won a race at the Invitational - hardly seems fair. Masters awards went to Rick Trester - 1; Paul Boemer - 2 and Dave Abrahamson.
